Is the remote site using same printer?
the common problem with printer redirection is due the missing matching
driver on the server side. The driver on the client and server must be
identical. If the remote user use OEM driver that comes with the printer,
the driver name may be different from what Server is using and this may be
the reason for your problem.
What is the error message in Event Viewer for this problem?
What OS is running on both computers?
What port is the client printer using? The old version of RDC client do not
support redirection form some ports like DOT 4 for example or even USB (on
the very old)
