Hello,

All the users that updated their client to version 6.0 can't connect to my
terminal server anymore. I have RSA SecureID installed on it and they are
able to submit their passcode. After that they are asked to enter their
windows password. Windows does not authenticate the right way and they can't
connect. Does anybody have the same problem; or even better have a solution
to the problem? Do I have to update the terminal server to support the new
client?

Best Regards

Terje

Is the “Always prompt for password” setting enabled on the server.
In order to disable the setting, the administrator of the server you are
connecting to must run Terminal Server Configuration administrative tool
(tscc.msc) and double click on RDP-Tcp. In the “Logon Settings” tab, there
is an option labeled “Always prompt for password”
