Sort of.
There's a hotfix which enables you to redirect the default client
printer only:

911913 - How to redirect the default printer of a Terminal Services
client to a Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server session
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=911913

Does that what you want?

Hi,
Not exactly, but if I could make specified printer the default printer
somehow, through some kind of utility, without user interaction, it may
suits me.

Let's google :))

thanks

Not sure if this is the same problem i am having in the office.
I have users when they log onto terminal server 2k3, they are unable to
select a default printer. they are using win xp Remote connection. Some users
have this ability, some do not. it doesnt matter if they are admins or not..
is this the correct fix?
